Appeal Your Property Value Online

Deadline to file a Commercial appeal is April 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

 

Deadline to file a non-commercial appeal was March 29, 2025.

You can submit your Commercial appeal here.  To submit your appeal online, you must have the PIN and NBHD located on the back of your 2025 Annual Notice of Appraisal and Classification form.  If the PIN or NBHD entered does not match the PIN or NBHD on the form, the appeal will not be accepted. 

Note: You may only file one appeal per property per tax year.

Commercial Only

A confirmation letter will be mailed via USPS at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled hearing.

 

 

Document Upload - Use Only for Existing Informal Appeals

Step 2.Submit your information online

Step 3.Wait for the Appraiser's Office to contact you 

All Virtual Appeals will be held via Microsoft Teams. You will not need an account to participate in the hearing. Please make sure and provide a valid email address as the link to the appeal will be sent to this email address at least 5 days prior to the hearing date.

No Contact

Results of the informal hearing stating the County's final determination will be mailed to you via USPS no later than May 20, 2025.
