Please be advised that beginning February 3, 2025, the KCK Municipal Court (Municipal Building, 701 N. 7th Street, 2nd Floor, KCK) will permanently change the morning docket start time to 8:30AM. The change will allow customers more time to travel, park, and enter the Municipal Building. Doors will open at 8:00AM.
Beginning February 1, 2025, the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, will transition all customer service inquiries for residential trash and recycling services to WM. This change will improve service efficiency, reduce delays, and provide residents with faster, more reliable assistance.
Area Agency on Aging is responsible for planning, coordinating, funding and advocating for programs and services which meet the needs of Wyandotte and Leavenworth County residents. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides unbiased, reliable information and counseling to individuals of all ages and income levels. The ADRC is a trusted place where people can turn for information, options, counseling, and assessments. The eleven ADRC’s collectively cover all 105 counties in Kansas.
To act as the single point of entry, where an older adult can navigate their way through the aging network and become linked with the services that allow them to make choices for themselves with a primary focus on maintaining independence in their own home and communities.
