Our Areas of Responsibility

Prosecuting adult and juvenile criminal cases.
Assisting crime victims in understanding the criminal process.
Instituting proceedings to protect abused and neglected children.
Teaming with law enforcement in investigating crimes and providing training.
Managing diversion services.
Securing care and treatment proceedings for the mentally impaired or substance-addicted persons.
Partnering with school districts to encourage student attendance.
Investigating consumer fraud allegations.
