Join us for a FREE Safe Sleep Community Event for small gift raffles and door prizes on Saturday, November 5th, from 1:30 pm – 4 pm at the South Branch Library, 3104 Strong Ave, Kansas City, KS 66106!

From 2 – 3:15 pm, we will have guest speakers and a Safe Sleep presentation and demonstration in English and Spanish.

Event Details:

The Wyandotte County FIMR Community Action Team invites you and your family to join us in learning about infant health, safe sleep, and community resources at this free event. There will be a safe sleep simulation and activity, safe sleep guest speakers, and a free safe sleep training session. Also, you will have the opportunity to receive door prizes, enter a raffle for raffle items, and have goodie bags. 



Event Timeline:

  • Doors open at 1:30 PM
  • Registration and information from 1:30 to 2:00 PM
  • Safe sleep guest speakers from 2:00 to 2:30 PM
  • Safe sleep training session from 2:30 to 3:15 PM
  • Information and door prize/raffle announcements from 3:15 to 4:00 PM
