Dr. Shelley Temple Kneuvean brings over 30 years of leadership and executive experience in financial and operational management to the Unified Government. Since 2014, she has immersed herself as CFO of educational institutions within the metro area, including the Kansas City, Kansas Community College. She gained valuable experience while serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Administrative Officer for Jackson County, MO for nearly eight years.
