On Thursday, March 2, 2023, the Unified Government Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to accept Mayor Tyrone A. Garner's nomination for county administrator. Following a national search and the review of more than 30 applications, Mr. David W. Johnston, ICMA-CM is expected to join the Unified Government on March 27. Please stay tuned for announcements early next week! In the meantime, welcome to the Dotte, Mr. Johnston.
