The National Sheriff's Association awarded Wyandotte County Court Security Supervisor Matthew Zweifel the Court Security Professional of the Year Award!
The National Sheriff's Association selects only one person in the entire United States to receive this award.
The purpose of the award is to recognize a Court Security professional in any position who has created an innovative process, program, or procedure that has contributed to the improvement of the court environment in security, safety, custody, or any other significant improvement in court security operations."
"We are very excited to see Supervisor Zweifel recognized for his achievements,” said Wyandotte County Sheriff Daniel Soptic. “The entire Courthouse Security team takes their job very seriously and works each day to ensure the safety of those working in and visiting our three buildings. Supervisor Zweifel is very well deserving of this award, and we are excited to see the continued advancement he will bring to Courthouse Security."
