Internet outage at several UG facilities

There are several Unified Government facilities experiencing an Internet and/or power outage which may impact services. The following buildings are without Internet:

• Parks & Recreation and Fleet
• Neighborhood Resource Center

We will be providing updates on service impacts as soon as they are known. A previously reported phone outage at the District Court has been restored. 

AS OF 11:15AM: 

• Motor Vehicles and Treasury services at the Annex are now fully operational and accepting customers. 
  
  

As of 9:09AM:

• Paratransit services are running about 60 minutes behind schedule.
• 118 18th Street bus route is operating about 30 minutes behind schedule.
• All IRIS microtransit routes are on-time.
• The Office of the Appraiser will still be holding in-person property valuation appeal meetings, as scheduled.
• Neighborhood Resource Center is open but does not have access to several services as of this time.
