Irene Caudillo Honored as Women Who Mean Business Recipient

The Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas (UG) is excited to celebrate and acknowledge Chief of Staff to Mayor Tyrone Garner, Irene Caudillo as one of the honorees for this year’s Kansas City Business Journal “Women Who Mean Business” program.

On Friday, August 18, 2023, Chief of Staff Caudillo along with 25 other local recipients were honored in front of 700 guests at a celebration luncheon at the Overland Park Convention Center. Honored in the 24th class of the Women Who Mean Business program, Caudillo joins an alumnae group of 575 other Kansas City businesswomen.

Chief of Staff Caudillo was selected by a panel of judges for her outstanding and impactful contributions and accomplishments in business and the community. Ms. Caudillo has a longstanding reputation for being a passionate community driven servant leader that positively impacts everyone she engages with.

More About the Women Who Mean Business Award

According to the Kansas City Business Journal, recipients of this great honor are at the top of the business world in Kansas City. Those selected for this award must be an entrepreneur, highest-ranking woman or highest-ranking woman reporting to a female CEO, or a partner leading a practice group or serving on an executive committee. All recipients must live and work in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
