UG Commission calls Special Meeting, Thursday April 11 at 5PM

The Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, KS Board of Commissioners have called a special meeting for Thursday, April 11 at 5PM to discuss two agenda items:

1. A resolution requesting approval of a Development Agreement with Lanier United LLC to redevelop 500 Minnesota Avenue, also known as the Reardon Center Site.
2. A public hearing and resolution/ordinance on industrial revenue bonds for the Residences at Victory Hills development.
