Probation

The Probation Division of the Municipal Court is responsible for the monitoring of court-ordered conditions and provides the court with information related to compliance, problems, and/or revocation recommendations. Probation will also assist with referral to other resources that may be needed. 

Probation Orientation

• Every person placed on probation must attend probation orientation.
• Orientation is held every week, on Thursday at 10 AM.
• Interpretation is not available for orientation - the individual must bring an interpreter with them to orientation.
• Interpretation assistance will be available for regularly scheduled probation visits.
