What started as a high school English class assignment at Washington High School has grown into a fully funded, community-supported initiative that has brought a new dog park to Welborn Park in Wyandotte County. On Monday, November 17th UG Officials and community members officially celebrated this new park with an official ribbon cutting ceremony at Welborn Park.
